Free shipping on all items in the store

  • Hetto will provide free standard shipping on all items in the store. Free shipping is only available in the US and Canada and parts of Europe.
  • We will process your order within 24 hours if the items are in stock.
  • To process your order quickly and correctly, please provide us with your full right delivery address including postcode/zip code, county/province name. Please also remember to leave your contact number and email address.
  • We do not ship during weekends or Chinese holidays.
  • After your order has shipped: The delivery address may not be changed. Some items are not available for special/next day delivery, they are specified in the products description.

Free shipping/standard shipping

Usually within 10 to 18 business days via USPS/Canada Post/CNE/China Post.

Expedited shipping

  • Usually within 3 to 5 business days via FedEx/DHL/TNT.
  • We also will choose the appropriate way to express according to your country or region. If you purchase more than $69, we will provide you with expedited shipping for free.
  • Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

Hetto will update your tracking number via email

Tracking information may take a few hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. We could not control the logistics transportation, so once it leaves our facility you will need to contact them for any issues.

All duty and taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers' expense. 

International orders can be tracked through the destination country postal service website using the tracking number provided.
